Have you got an old Mac sitting around doing nothing useful for you except taking up space? If the philosophy of this humble weblog doesn’t convince you about the usefulness of vintage Macs, or you simply just don’t know what to do with it, you can consider sending it to me.

I’m not looking for any vintage Mac, though. I have limited space as well. Still, there are some desktop and portable Macintoshes I’d like to own:

Desktops:

  • Macintosh Plus
  • Macintosh SE/30
  • iMac G4 (preferably 17-inch, but I’m not picky)
  • Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh

Portables:

  • PowerBook Duo 2300c
  • PowerBook 2400
  • PowerBook 3400
  • PowerBook G3 (Lombard or Pismo)

Other vintage Mac hardware:

  • PowerCD
  • Apple QuickTake 100/150/200
  • Apple Studio Display LCD 15″ (the first one, in blue colour)
  • Apple IIGS keyboard
  • Apple IIGS original monitor (or a compatible one)
  • External speakers for the PowerMac G4 Cube

Useful third-party accessories:

  • Sonnet Presto Plus upgrade card (for my Macintosh Colour Classic)
  • Any PDS card that would give an Ethernet port to my Colour Classic
  • Newer Technologies Ethernet Microdock for the PowerBook Duos

If you have one of these things and would like to sell or donate them, contact me and we’ll talk about it.

Thanks for your attention,

RM
